Tapi bila memikirkan kesihatan eloklah diteruskan niat nak kurus ni&#8230;. Cuma tak berapa suka plan yang drastik. Nanti stress sendiri, bila nak kurang stress nanti wujudkan cheat day bagai&#8230; Tak baik tipu-tipu (cheat), kata orang tua-tua siakap senohong gelama ikan duri, hihihi&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OK, ni eksperimen bulan pertama (30-40 hari). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tanpa senaman<\/li><li>Tanpa ubat\/suplemen <\/li><li>Tanpa sekat makan (cuma kurangkan 30% nasi, menu makan-makan lain semua macam biasa &#8211; roti canai, sup gearbox, pizza, burger dll)<\/li><li>Waktu Sarapan air manis cuma 2 kali seminggu, lain-lain kopi o kosong atau limau suam kosong atau air suam pertama<\/li><li>Senaman ringan (agak-agak 100-120 bpm, 2 minit, 2 kali seminggu)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Jadi doakan eksperimen memberikan result yang bagus dan ingatkan untuk kemaskini bulan depan ye&#8230;.
